What's up Gospel Chops family!! I live here in Savannah Ga and I have been playing the bass since the age of 7 now I'm 43 I started out on the drums how many of you did that? and throughout my times i grew to love the bass and that's been my 2nd love (first is Jesue and God the father) My wife is a bass addicit also.

If ever any of you (GCF) are in town holla at us and we can all hangout, and by the way maybe some of you can answer this question whic is the greater of the two the bass or the rigg I send my money on the rigg (Hartke, the best their is) but my basses range from $600-$900 and people always tell me that they sound so good coming through my kit 1 4-10 cabinet and 4-12 with tweeter and the Hartke 5500 head but what do you think ?  it's just a thought

Save your money.....buy a solid bass for around $500 new/used doesn't matter, then take it to a good bass tech, have them tweak it out, perhaps putting in another $500 and you'll have a better instrument than if you ploped down over $1500 on a new bass....if you feel where I'm coming from.....same with guitars....

Perhaps it's just me but, I just have this thing about spending hard earned cash.  I can't se spending over a grand for a git when you the above will give you a better instrument....

Hot tip....I believe the word is "Glecked"....it's a computer fret job machine thing costs several hundred for the work but, you won't believe what it'll do to even the finest instrument money can buy.

Sounds like you and your wife have it goin on......sweeeet.....loving the vibe!
